The story of the Deauville bag: In 1913, when Coco Chanel opened her first store in Deauville. She was madly in love with the polo player Arthur Capel called "Boy". It was in Deauville where she spent the best moments at that time. Karl Lagerfeld, was always inspired by Coco's past life and therefore created the "Deauville" in her honor.
